Who runs this site
This site is run by William (Billie) Watts, a UX/UI designer based in Portsmouth, UK. This policy explains what personal information I collect through akabillie.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@akabillie.com.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you email me, I receive whatever you include.
Information collected automatically. The site’s hosting provider collects standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to run and secure the site.
Who I share it with
Only with service providers that help me run the site and my business: the website host, the form service, and my email provider. They process it so I can run the site and reply to you. I may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or analytics that follow you across other sites. The host may set a technical cookie to run the site. If you click through to book a call, that tool may set its own cookies.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. I don’t change how this site works based on that signal.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and project records only as long as I need them to reply, do the work, and meet tax and legal requirements. Then I delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing hello@akabillie.com. I’ll reply as soon as I can.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
